Abstract

Philosophical discussion often makes it seem as though we are in an abstract setting, and legal philosophy is a subfield of philosophy. Legal philosophy has a crucial role in how Indonesian legislation is created. implying that in Islam, the rule of law applies to both this world and the afterlife since a just judgement or punishment not only affects people directly but also the Creator (Allah SWT). Therefore, humanity must always seek out the formula of truth that is spread throughout people's lives, namely a rule that will govern the path of society and the law that governs the heavenly (or, in Islam, direct) laws of God's revelation. It is essential to conduct a more thorough investigation of legal theory.
