基于STM32的半导体激光器输出功率和工作温度稳定性研究

Abstract

半导体激光器的中心波长及输出功率极易受到驱动电流和工作温度的影响,为了获得精确稳定可靠的检测结果,设计了一种基于STM32的中低功率半导体激光器驱动电源和温控系统。所设计驱动电源采用深度负反馈电路,与比例积分微分算法构成双闭环功率控制。采用H桥驱动芯片控制半导体制冷片对半导体激光器温度进行精确控制。实验结果表明,所设计的驱动电流稳定性极好,稳定度在0.3%左右,精度为0.86%;温度调节速度快,长时工作温度控制精度为±0.03 ℃,稳定度可达0.18%;激光器的输出功率稳定性在±2 mW内;激光器的中心波长波动范围为0.007 5 nm,能满足激光器的工作要求。
