宽动态范围微光照度源的设计与性能测试

Abstract

为满足微光像增强器等微光传感器的高精度辐射定标需求,设计了宽动态范围微光照度源。该微光照度源由子积分球、母积分球、可调光阑和圆筒光阑组成。调节可调光阑面积,改变子积分球导入母积分球的辐射通量,实现了光源照度6个量级的调节功能,且保证了光源色温不变。圆筒光阑是具有双微孔光阑和消杂光挡板的筒状结构,可以将积分球亮度光源转化为均匀的照度光源。母积分球上设置了集成了半导体制冷片的硅光电二极管监视探测器,可实现光源照度的监测与设置。开展了宽动态范围微光照度源性能测试,测试结果表明:微光照度源的照度覆盖3.8×10-6 lx~12 lx,非稳定度小于0.001 8%。
