基于光载微波干涉的距离测量方法

Abstract

提出了一种基于光载微波干涉的测距方法,通过电光调制器将微波调制到宽谱激光上,光纤光栅反射部分载波波长的微波调制光实现分光,FBG的反射光与待测目标反射光在环形器中发生非相干叠加,由于两者光程不同,经过光电转换后探测到微波干涉信号,通过分析微波的频域干涉谱计算出光程差,进而得到待测距离。本文进行了多组测距实验验证该方法的可行性,结果表明,该测距系统具有较高的稳定性和精度,在150~450 mm的测距范围内,测距结果的稳定性为±2.7 μm,测距精度为±1.6 μm,为高精度测量领域提供了一种新的方法。
