中红外激光器研究进展

Abstract

中红外波段在基础科学、生物医学、环境监测、军事国防、安检安防、通信娱乐等诸多领域都有极其重要的应用。作为中红外技术的核心组成部分,覆盖宽光谱范围、高能量、高转换效率、小型化、室温运转的高性能中红外相干辐射源始终都是科研与应用领域的研究重点与热点。目前中红外激光器种类有很多,根据不同的产生原理,中红外激光器主要分为化学激光器、气体激光器、基于稀土或过渡金属离子掺杂的激光器、量子级联半导体激光器、基于非线性频率变换的激光器。重点综述这几种激光器的特点及发展历程,并对其研究前景进行展望。
