TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) has become a fundamental guideline in developing integrated enterprise architecture. At the same time, artificial intelligence is an increasingly important technology in supporting an organization's digital transformation. Integrating Artificial Intelligence has become the key to increasing organizational competitiveness in this digital transformation era. However, there are several problems with implementing artificial intelligence in enterprise architecture. Existing research focuses only on one or two significant domains of enterprise architecture. Based on the TOGAF framework, this research contributes to designing an enterprise architectural framework that utilizes artificial intelligence in all of these domains, and the aim is to provide a guide that organizations can use in utilizing AI to accelerate their digital transformation, increase efficiency, and achieve better business goals. Further research could explore practical implementation and further evaluation of this framework to support the development of more intelligent and more adaptive enterprise architectures.
