Long-Wave Mid-Infrared Time-Resolved Dual-Comb Spectroscopy of the Simplest Criegee Intermediate

Abstract

A long-wave mid-infrared dual-comb spectrometer is constructed and employed to measure transient absorption spectra of the simplest Criegee intermediate (CH 2 OO) near 8-μm. With time-resolved dual-comb spectroscopy, reaction kinetics of CH 2 OO with SO 2 are also studied.
