In order to improve the reliability of aero-engine control system, an active fault-tolerant control system is designed to realize effective fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, so that the control system can maintain the stability of the engine even when the actuator fails. This paper takes the control system of a type of two-rotor engine as the research object, establishes the linear model of the control system, and establishes the mathematical description of the control system with the fault of the actuator. An adaptive fault detection observer is designed, and on the basis of fault detection, an active fault-tolerant control system based on adaptive fault diagnosis observer is designed. An adaptive fault estimation algorithm is established to realize real-time fault estimation, and the compensation control law is designed to offset the influence of faults on the system and restore the normal performance of the system.
