Cloud Computing Service Architecture

Abstract

Cloud computing (CC) is an increasingly maturing model, providing requested services such as software, information data, resource, and other cloud devices, which are shared based on the user's demands. It's a term that is used in the cloud Internet. The global Internet service is seen as a cloud. The Internet services and operational costs can be minimized by CC. This new type of CC developed a new way for organizations and companies (information technology [IT]). The CC model encourages business and infrastructure, and changes the environment of the organizations, increasing time to market. This model can increase the number of cloud users to move their business to the cloud. Moreover, the clouds are divided into three groups, namely public, private, and hybrid. This chapter describes the CC service architecture with applications, advantages, and challenges.
