Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial Instagram Saat Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The Aveda Boutique Hotel ialah hotel internasional bintang 4 yang terserang akibat pandemi COVID- 19. Di masa digital ini bisa dijadikan selaku fasilitas promosi yang efisien buat tingkatkan penjualan kamar. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat mengenali gimana strategi promosi media sosial Instagram yang diterapkan The Aveda Boutique Hotel sepanjang masa pandemi covid- 19. Tata cara pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan merupakan observasi, riset dokumen serta wawancara. Tata cara analisis informasi yang digunakan merupakan tata cara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil riset yang digunakan merupakan hasil wawancara dengan penulis di posisi riset serta pemakaian analisis SWOT. Akhirnya merupakan sebab strategi promosi yang digunakan cocok dengan yang diharapkan, penjualan kamar di The Aveda Boutique Hotel cenderung flat sepanjang masa pandemi serta bertahan sampai dikala ini. The Aveda Boutique Hotel is a 4-star international hotel currently being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this digital era, it can be used as an efficient promotional tool to increase room sales. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the Instagram social media promotion strategy implemented by The Aveda Boutique Hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Information collection procedures used were observation, document research and interviews. The information analysis procedure used is a qualitative descriptive procedure. The results of the research used are the results of interviews with the author in the research position and the use of SWOT analysis. Finally, because the promotional strategy used has met expectations, room sales at The Aveda Boutique Hotel tend to be flat throughout the pandemic and have lasted until now.
