The dielectric properties of mixed (1 – x)BaTiO3–xSrTiO3 nanocomposites (x = 0.0; 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.00), obtained by sintering their initial components for 5 h at a temperature of 1273 K, are studied in the 100–500 K range of temperatures. X-ray analysis performed at room temperature shows the composites are formed by BaTiO3 (P4mm) and SrTiO3 (Pm–3m) crystallites and contain no Ba(1 – x)SrxTiO3 solid solutions. A drop in the temperatures of Amm2 → P4mm → Pm–3m phase transitions is recorded in barium titanate particles upon raising the concentration of SrTiO3 in the composite.
