Abstract

The author carries out an explanatory investigation on the Labor-Constitutional Principles recognized in Peruvian legislation, which provide a protectionist labor regulatory framework for workers as the weakest or most vulnerable party in an employment relationship, its application being essential in the creation and modification of social and labor standards.
