Scientists are exploring ways to manufacture composites utilizing fibers that are biocompatible and fully biodegradable in order to reduce damage due to environmental degradation and to make cost-effective polymeric reinforced composites. These measures resulted in effective environmental protection initiatives. As a reaction to the growing need for biodegradable, ecological, and sustainable products, the use of bamboo fibers as fiber-reinforced composite materials has expanded dramatically and has experienced a high-tech innovation in recent decades. The fast improvement of technology for manufacturing industrial items aids customers in finding appropriate choices and expressing their desired preferences. Investigators have broadened their product development knowledge by including natural resources such as bamboo fiber, which is both better and capable of producing top-quality ecologically sustainable items. This chapter provides a comprehensive review of significant innovations in bamboo fiber-reinforced composites, and therefore a brief recommendation of key study is presented, with a strong emphasis on the preparation research methods, chemical treatments and utmost attributes of bamboo fibers with polymeric matrices, as well as implementations in well-designed and cost-effective products.
