Charge-enriched RuO2 nanoparticles decorating TiO2 with Ti defects to promote oxygen evolution reaction in acidic media

Abstract

RuO 2 supported metal-deficient TiO 2 substrate presents superior electrocatalytic activity for OER in acidic media, which is attributed to the introduction of Ti defects modulated the local electronic structures of Ru sites and TiO 2 substrate.
