Flexible self-powered solar-blind Schottky photodetectors based on individual Ga2O3 microwire/MXene junctions

Abstract

Flexible solar-blind Schottky photodetectors made of individual β-Ga 2 O 3 microwires (MWs) and Ti 3 C 2 T x (MXene) on a PET substrate are designed.
