Distributed Telemetry Equipment Digital Simulation System Based on Container Cloud

Abstract

With the increasing number of distributed wide-area telemetry equipments, rapid design and realtime deduction of telemetry equipment measurement schemes become a problem needed to be solved. In order to solve this problem, a distributed telemetry equipment digital simulation system based on container cloud is constructed. The digital simulation system is constructed according to the five-layer framework of physical equipment layer with distributed telemetry equipments, basic service layer, core function layer, model service layer and application display layer. Distributed time synchronization technology is adopted to unify the system time. And the AE element measurement model, the telemetry data processing model and the range coverage calculation model are constructed. In static and dynamic experiments, it takes about 2 minutes for the system to complete the rapid design of 80 sets of equipment measurement schemes. The simulated and measured data have good consistency and strong correlation. The results show that the digital simulation system can simulate the function of actual equipments well and improve the timeliness and reliability of telemetry equipments.
