High stability and strong luminescence CsPbBr3–Cs4PbBr6 thin films for all-inorganic perovskite light-emitting diodes

Abstract

This experiment involves rapid air annealing of CsPbBr 3 –Cs 4 PbBr 6 thin films. Based on this thin film, we fabricated all-inorganic LEDs, the devices can operate continuously for 12 hours under ambient air with only 10% attenuation.
