Abstract

This paper considers the problem of building a model of an underwater wireless optical communication channel for modeling the propagation of broadband signals. It is shown that the use of the Monte Carlo method for the numerical solution of the Radiative transfer equation in combination with the approximation of the results obtained makes it possible to determine the impulse response of an optical communication channel for modeling the propagation of signals of all types, including broadband chaotic signals, through an underwater wireless communication channel.
