PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: STUDI PADA ALLIANZ

Abstract

This study's objectives were to (1) determine the effect of communication and organizational culture simultaneously or partially on employee performance in Allianz companies; (2) find out how the level of culture, communication, and organization affects employee performance; and (3) find out how these factors interact with one another. A quantifiable approach was taken for this study's methodology. Primary data acquisition procedure by collecting respondents from the questionnaire. Through the use of the straightforward random sampling method, we were able to select 49 employees as our respondents of a total population of 100 employees. The findings of the study indicate that the variables of organizational culture and communication both have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously, partially indicating that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y), and partially indicating that the communication variable (X2) has an effect that is positive and significant to the Performance variable. The results of the study show that both of these effects occur simultaneously (Y). Keywords: Organizational culture, communication, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Allianz; (2) mengetahui bagaimana tingkat budaya, komunikasi, dan organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan; dan (3) mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut berinteraksi satu sama lain. Pendekatan kuantitatif diambil untuk metodologi penelitian ini. Prosedur perolehan data primer dengan mengumpulkan responden dari kuesioner. Melalui penggunaan metode random sampling langsung, kami dapat memilih 49 karyawan sebagai contoh kami dari total populasi 100 karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan komunikasi keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan, secara parsial menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua efek tersebut terjadi secara bersamaan (Y). Kata Kunci: Budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kinerja
