Novel approach for distinguishing 2H/1T-1T' molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) optical nonlinearity

Abstract

2H/1T-1T' molybdenum disulfide(MoS 2 ) are typical phase existed during the crystal or thin materials preparation. In this work, by controlling the atmosphere during the CVD thin film preparation, 2H/1T-1T' MoS 2 are separately growth. Additionally, by z-scan technique, the phase dependent optical nonlinearity of MoS 2 was observed and investigated.
