Distributed Resilient Energy Management of Island Microgrids Under Mixed Cyber-Attacks

Abstract

This paper focuses on the energy management (EM) of island microgrids under mixed denial-of-service (DoS) and false data injection (FDI) attacks. A distributed lightweight solution is provided by exploring the resilience of localized communications to network changes and information tampering. Based on an extreme value discarding technique, a resilient consensus-based method is developed with robustness against mixed cyber-attacks and achieves maximized social welfare.
