Performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization. This study aims to see the extent of the influence of self efficacy and emotional intelligence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office. The sample selection technique used random sampling and a sample of 42 respondents was obtained. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 21. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office. Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office. Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Office. Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Manpower and Industry Office of Padang City. Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Performance at the Manpower and Industry Office of Padang City. Self Efficacy has no significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Manpower and Industry Office of Padang City. Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Manpower and Industry Office of Padang City.
