Abstract

The present study focuses on synthesising Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) from the aqueous leaves extracts because they are more eco-friendly and cost-effective than other conventional physical and chemical methods. Synthesis from the aqueous extracts of leaves Moringa Oleifera, Ocimum tenuiflorum, and Neem (Azadirachta indicia). Zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn (CH3COO)2·2H2O) was used as a precursor to biosynthesize ZnO-NPs at different temperature ranges (50, 75, and 100oC) for 1h of the synthesis of Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and UV–Vis spectroscopy (UV). The results of FTIR analysis of green synthesized nanoparticles revealed the presence of biomolecules such as Polyphenols, Carboxylic acid, polysaccharides, and amino acids. The results of the SEM studies of green synthesized ZnO nanoparticles showed that the SEM images of zinc oxide nanoparticles revealed that the sample exhibits a compact arrangement of homogeneous nanoparticles with a spherical shape and successfully unfolded it was crystalline structure nature.
