Abstract

International humanitarian law and human rights that deal with human mobility in the field of migration provide an overview of an increasingly complex reality that requires analysis. This document describes elements that make up the protection of internally displaced persons in a situation of vulnerability and violation of their human rights. Based on the consultation and review of reports, internal and international regulations and doctrine, concepts that shape the understanding of internal forced displacement are exposed. Finally, an outline of the importance of these issues of human mobility is reflected, which must be studied from their reason for phenomenon or social fact with the relevance of legal reasoning.
