Video Image Processing System Based on Directshow

Abstract

In this paper, a set of image processing software system is developed using object-oriented method under the environment of VC6.0, which has strong portability and scalability. The system can open, process, save and close most of the image files in different formats, and has a friendly user interface. According to the needs of image processing, a variety of parameter selection dialog boxes are set, which can easily compare the image processing effects under different parameter conditions. The significance of this paper is to use software technology to realize video acquisition and image processing. The scheme has low cost, shortened development time, good video image effect, strong compatibility and convenient and flexible configuration. Because the scheme adopts a hierarchical structure, different functions can be modified and expanded according to different network conditions, which can provide important use value and reference value in the research field of image processing.
