Abstract

A millimeter-wave circularly polarized (CP) magnetoelectric dipole (ME-dipole) antenna is presented in this paper. The antenna consists of a pair of metal dipoles, and a metal cavity, a feeding SIW. The simulated 10-dB impedance bandwidth is 4.7% (37.3.2-39.1 GHz) and the 3-dB AR bandwidth is 7.2% (36.1-38.9 GHz). The simulated peak gain is 8.53 dBic at 39 GHz.
