Allocating the service nodes available resources to the necessary activities as they arise and optimising the objective function, or maximising resource usage, payoffs, and available bandwidth, are two of the cloud computing industry's most crucial challenges. The HMAO technique for cloud computing, which this article develops, maximises resource use while minimising bandwidth costs. The proposed HMAO merge GA and MAO algorithms. In order to maximise resource consumption, a set of service nodes that are used to do the appropriate tasks is identified. A decentralised MAO algorithm is presented to lower bandwidth expenses. Using the Taguchi approach, we assess the effects of important HMAO algorithm parameters and look at the performance outcomes.
