Ultrafast Saturable Absorber in Controlled MoS2/WS2 Heterostructure

Abstract

We studied nonlinear optical properties of dispersed MoS 2 /WS 2 heterostructure with controlled concentration by using an ultrafast open-aperture Z-scan. Our studies revealed an equal-concentration of heterostructure shows a better response in stark contrast with other compositions.
