E-commerce, as an effective way to solve the problem of sending consumer goods to the countryside and the circulation and sales of agricultural products, has always been the focus of government departments and academia. Under the vigorous promotion of the state, rural e-commerce has shown a vigorous development trend, which is manifested in the rapid expansion of transaction scale. The main purpose of this paper is to research the application of rural e-commerce platform based on digital information technology. This paper mainly analyzes the functions and functions of rural e-commerce, and establishes a theoretical model of rural e-commerce adoption, that is, consumer e-commerce adoption analysis.
