Chirality distributions of grown single-walled carbon nanotubes assigned by photoluminescence spectroscopy

Abstract

In order to realize single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) chiral selective growth, it is important to elucidate the mechanism of SWNT chirality (n,m) selectivity.
