ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJA KONSTRUKSI

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted various fields of human life. Because it is a disease that takes many lives and can spread quickly. The construction sector is one of the sectors that has been affected by this pandemic. This pandemic has resulted in a decline in development in Indonesia. This is believed to be due to a decrease in the value of construction which is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction workers were judged to have a greater presentation of viruses because of the interactions they had with others. Therefore, a new strategy is needed to deal with the impacts that are considered capable of reducing the productivity of construction workers. Through a literature study, the researchers conducted a questionnaire on the factors that affect worker productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Then the results were compiled and distributed to project actors in projects located in Jabodetabek using a Likert scale to measure the level of influence of the variables tested. After the data is collected, the data is processed using the factor analysis method. The results show that there are 8 variables that affect the productivity of construction workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. After determining the dominant factors, there were 3 dominant factors that affected the productivity of construction workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak pada berbagai bidang dalam kehidupan manusia. Dikarenakan merupakan penyakit yang merenggut banyak korban jiwa serta dapat menular dengan cepat. Bidang konstruksimerupakan salah satu bidang menerima dampak dari pada pandemic ini. Pandemi ini mengakibatkan pembangunan di Indonesia mengamali penurunan.Hal ini dipercaya disebabkan oleh karena adanya penurunan nilai konstruksi yang diselesaikan yang merupakan dampak dari pada Pandemi COVID-19. Pekerja konstrukis dinilai memiliki presentase yang lebih besar terpapar virus ini dikarenakan interaksi yang harus dilakukan satu dengan yang lain. Oleh karena itu perlunya strategi baru dalam menghadapi dampak yang ditimbulkan yang dinilai mampu menurunkan produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Melalui studi literatur peneliti melakukan identifikasi awal faktor mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja konstruksi di masa pandemic COVID-19 Lalu hasil identifikasi awal tersebut disusun menjadi kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para pelaku proyek di proyek yang berlokasi di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur tingkat pengaruh suatu variabel yang diuji. Setelah data telah terkumpul dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisi factor. Didapatkan hasil terdapat 8 variabel yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja konstruksi di masa pandemic COVID-19. Setelah itu dilakukan penentuan faktor dominan yang didapatkan berjumlah 3 faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja konstruksi di masa pandemic COVID-19.
