Abstract

Abstract In the given work one can learn about methods for obtaining fuel briquettes from hydrocarbon-containing wastes of oil refineries as a binder are considered, and a comparative analysis of the performance characteristics of the obtained products and previously known fuel briquettes is carried out. To improve the performance properties of oil sludge briquettes, a study is being carried out and, for the first time, it is recommended to use licorice root production waste as a filler-hardener. The results of laboratory studies of the obtained oil-sludge fuel briquettes of the central laboratory of the Bukhara oil refinery are presented. The article also provides the recommended technological scheme for the production of fuel briquettes using licorice root production waste as a filler-hardener.
