ANALISIS SOSIOLOGI SASTRA DALAM NOVEL JANJI KARYA TERE LIYE

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis sosiologi sastra dalam unsur sastra sebagai cermin zaman dan fungsi sosial sastra. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu karya sastra berupa novel yang berjudul Janji karya Tere Liye. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu deskriptif analisis. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti sendiri untuk mengumpulkan data dengan bantuan pendukung berupa tabel data untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam menganalisis. Dari hasil analisis peneliti ditemukan dua aspek yang menggambarkan sastra sebagai cerminan zaman yaitu Peristiwa kerusuhan Mei 1998, kasus narapidana korupsi. Serta aspek fungsi sosial sastra berupa lima kritik sosial yaitu etika bertetangga, perilaku nepotisme, kasus suap, remisi tahanan korupsi dan pencemaran lingkungan akibat adanya penambangan.This study aims to describe the sociological analysis of literature in literary elements as a mirror of the times and the social function of literature. The object of this research is a work in the form of a literary novel entitled Janji. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a research design that is descriptive analysis. The research instrument used in this study was the researcher himself to collect data with the help of supporters in the form of data tables to facilitate researchers in analyzing. From the results of the analysis, the researchers found two aspects that describe literature as a reflection of the time that the victims in May 1998, the corruption case. As well as aspects of the social function of literature in the form of five social criticisms, namely neighborly ethics, nepotism, bribery cases, corruption remissions and environmental pollution due to mining.
