A method of electrolytic tin powder production for its application in chemical current sources is considered. It is revealed, that the most optimal pulse duration and pause time as well as a range of densities for increasing dispersibility of powder tin particles are existent. The shape of the powder particles has been studied. Tin powder particles are agglomerates of lamellar and ultradispersed grains with highly developed surface.
