Abstract

To enhance the performance of OLED Micro‐display, we developed the ultra‐high resolution RGB direct patterning of OLED Micro‐display. 3,000ppi FMM by UV Laser process was used and this FMM is manufactured by our unique Laser Patterning process. To improve the luminous efficiency of the OLED Micro‐display device, the RGB dual stack structure was implemented and RGB color filter was applied to improve the color purity.
