Abstract

W 掺入对 Ti 0.8 Zr 0.2 Ce 0.2 O 2.4 /Al 2 O 3 -TiO 2 -SiO 2 催化 脱硝性能的优化 付伟良, 沈岳松, 祝社民, 沈树宝 (南京工业大学 材料科学与工程学院, 南京 210009) 摘 要: 以 Al 2 O 3 -TiO 2 -SiO 2 (ATS)为载体、Ti 0.8 Zr 0.2 Ce 0.2 O 2.4 (TZC)为催化活性组分, 采用挤出成型法制备系列整体式 TZC/ATS 及 W 掺入催化剂样品。研究了 W 掺入对催化剂 TZC/ATS 的氨气选择性催化还原(NH 3 -SCR)脱除 NO 活 性及抗 K 2 O、CaO 等毒性的影响, 比较了 Ti 0.8 Zr 0.2 Ce 0.2 W 0.08 O 2.64 /ATS(TZCW 0.4 /ATS)催化剂与 V 2 O 5 (WO 3 )/TiO 2 催化 剂的抗 K 2 O、CaO 等中毒性能, 并采用 N 2 -BET、XRD、SEM 和 NH 3 -TPD 等技术手段分别表征了催化剂的比表面
