MgZnO High‐Voltage Transparent Thin‐Film Transistors Built on Glass

Abstract

Solar Energy Harvesting A high voltage transparent thin-film transistor (HVTTFT) built on glass is critical for distributed micro-inverters in a transparent photovoltaic module. In article number 2200313, Yicheng Lu and co-workers report a MgZnO HVTTFT with a centrosymmetric circular structure that shows blocking voltages over 1 kV and an average transmittance of 81% over the visible spectrum.
