Study on sliding electrical contact wear assessment based on gray correlation analysis

Abstract

The power supply energy is obtained through the sliding contact between the pantograph and the contact network on the train, and a good pantograph-catenary work system is the guarantee for the stable flow receiving of the power train, meanwhile, the sliding contact between the pantograph slide plate and the conductor will also cause the frictional wear of the flow receiving material. In this paper, by conducting sliding electric contact experiments, the characteristic law of wear rate with the change of contact current strength, sliding velocity, pressure fluctuation amplitude and its pressure fluctuation frequency is studied; then based on the conclusion that the influencing factors of sliding electric contact frictional wear of the pantograph-catenary work system are gray in nature, the gray comprehensive correlation model is used to analyze the influence degree of each influencing factor on the wear of the slide plate, which can analyze the wear of the slide plate through less experimental data It is possible to analyze the wear of each influencing factor on the slide plate through less experimental data, and effectively correlate and quantify each influencing factor of slide plate wear with the slide plate wear, which has certain guiding significance for further research on the wear of the pantograph-catenary system.
