Abstract

This dedication aims to empower the people in the development of the Cave of Mary, Mother of Eternal Help, arrangement, maintenance and service. Partners involved in this service are volunteers and observers and donors.The steps in the service are (1) Conducting discussions with people who live around the place of prayer, (2) Assistance in arranging a prayer place that is comfortable, clean, neat, beautiful, cool, safe, well-mannered, (3) Assistance in finding funds to buy sand, cement, brick, making burr wells, ro water, (4) maintenance management assistance and (5) service management assistance for visitors who will prayThe result of the service is that the prayer place for the Maria Cave of the Eternal Helper becomes a comfortable, clean, neat, beautiful, cool, safe, safe prayer place with natural seating facilities, drill well water, RO water, gasebo. The volunteers are able to maintain and provide good service to visitors in the form of providing free ro water and candles with the support of donors to procure a statue of Mary, the Corpus of Jesus, and to organize the environment of the Maria Cave, Mother of Eternal Help.Keywords: maria cave, empowerment, mentoring, management
