Abstract

The electro-catalytic oxidation of tamoxifen (TAM) were considered onto nickel hydroxide doped nanozeolite NaY modified carbon paste electrode (Ni(OH)2–NaY/CPE). Firstly, synthesis of nanozeolite NaY was performed that particles size was under 100 nm. Cyclic voltammetry study exhibited Ni(OH)2–NaY/CPE displayed better electrocatalytic activity toward TAM oxidation as compared to Ni(OH)2/CPE due to mesoporous structure of nanozeolite NaY. The linear dynamic range and detection limits were found to be 2.00–110.00 μM and 0.65 µM by DPV techniques, respectively.
