Spectral properties of CsPbI3 perovskite nanocrystals in borogermanate glass

Abstract

The investigation results of spectral properties of CsPbI3 perovskite nanocrystals in borogermanate glass are presented. The nanocrystals luminescence band shifts from 670 to 710 nm with crystal size increase from 6.3 to 17 nm. The maximum quantum yield obtained is 34%.
