Adsorption of benzene vapors by adsorbents based on peanut shells

Abstract

The article studies the optimal conditions for obtaining adsorbents from activated carbon material based on nuts and the adsorption of benzene vapors on the obtained adsorbents. In the adsorbents obtained, benzene vapors turned out to be tightly bound due to the formation of 1212% adsorbate p-complex in activated peanut carbon (FEK-4) during adsorption-desorption.
