Geostationary satellite communication systems cannot provide the standard quality of service to subscribers when transmitting speech due to a significant time delay in the passage of the signal, which is caused by the long distance from the Earth to the geostationary satellite. It is proposed to additionally use nanosatellites in such a system, which in the form of groups (clusters) are located in low earth orbit. This will allow the transmission of speech signals through low-orbit clusters, and thus reduce the path of such signals and their time delay, and ensure the regulatory quality of service.
