A mixed solvent strategy enabling efficient all-solution-processed perovskite light-emitting diodes

Abstract

We report a mixed solvent strategy for depositing an electron transport layer of solution-processed perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs), which achieves a champion external quantum efficiency of 4.76% in all-solution-processed PeLEDs.
