Year: 2022 Journal:   Advanced Materials Interfaces Vol: 9 (20)   Publisher: Wiley

Abstract

Liquid Metal Vacuoles In article number 2200583, Xi Zhao and Jing Liu disclose a hybrid-fluid vacuole composed of a high-surface-tension liquid metal outer membrane and interior solution core. Such vacuoles can stably exist for a long time through adjusting the solution composition. The generation, maintenance, and rupture process of the vacuoles on different substrates are also demonstrated.
