76‐1: Invited Paper: MicroLED Display with Tiling Technology

Abstract

A 27″ tiling display by using LTPS TFT active matrix structure is demonstrated. With a novel pixel design and tiling technology, the seamless feature is realized by 4 pieces 13.5″ panels with 625um pixel pitch. In this article, we will discuss the challenges and solutions of different seamless tiling technologies from process point of view.
