Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Interelasi Pemimpin Rohani terhadap Pertumbuhan Gereja

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and interrelation of spiritual leaders on the growth of Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia. Against the backdrop of the condition of Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia, which is 50 years old in 2021 and there have been several changes of leadership, but the growth of the church is still not as expected. The formulation of the problem raised is how does the competence of spiritual leaders affect the growth of Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? How does the influence of the interrelationship of spiritual leaders on the growth of Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? How does the influence of competence and interrelationship of spiritual leaders on the growth of Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? This research was carried out using quantitative methods, sampling techniques with regional samples, data collection using questionnaires, and statistical data analysis. Research questionnaires were distributed, filled out by respondents and collected from 39 samples, representing church officials from major islands in Indonesia, Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. After using quantitative methods, data analysis using the SPSS application, the results showed that the competence of spiritual leaders and the interrelation of spiritual leaders simultaneously had a positive effect on church growth, but not significant.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan interelasi pemimpin rohani terhadap pertumbuhan Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia. Dilatar belakangi kondisi Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia yang telah berusia 50 tahun pada tahun 2021 ini dan telah terjadi beberapa kali pergantian pucuk kepemimpinan, tetapi pertumbuhan gereja masih belum sesuai dengan harapan. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh kompetensi pemimpin rohani terhadap pertumbuhan Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? Bagaimanakah pengaruh interelasi pemimpin rohani terhadap pertumbuhan Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? Bagaimanakah pengaruh kompetensi dan interelasi pemimpin rohani terhadap pertumbuhan Gereja Tuhan Di Indonesia? Penelitian ini dikerjakan dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel wilayah, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan analisis data bersifat statistik. Angket penelitian disebarkan, telah diisi oleh responden dan terkumpul dari 39 sampel, merupakan perwakilan dari pejabat gereja dari pulau-pulau besar di Indonesia, pulau Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, dan Papua. Setelah dikerjakan dengan metode kuantitatif, analisa data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pemimpin rohani dan interelasi pemimpin rohani secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan gereja, tetapi tidak signifikan.
