Catalytic Carbon Oxidation Over Ruthenium‐Based Catalysts

Abstract

Außergewöhnliche Aktivität weist ein zeolithgebundener Rutheniumkatalysator in der Kohlenstoffoxidation auf (siehe Diagramm; Y=Gewichtsverlust an Kohlenstoff), der, anders als Platinkatalysatoren, ohne NOx im Gasstrom funktioniert. Der Katalysator bietet Möglichkeiten für die katalytische Rußoxidation in Dieselabgasfiltern.
