Abstract

総合健診は健康増進サービスであり、受診者の健康の増進(一次予防)と改善(二次予防)に寄与することが求められる。すべての健診機関がエビデンスに基づく質の高いサービスを提供するには、そして生涯健康管理を実現するには、どのような取り組みが必要か、受診者志向の健診・保健指導に向けた総合健診における課題をまとめ、evidence-based healthcareの担い手として学会と各健診機関が果たすべき役割を述べた。
