El autor, quien estuvo a cargo de la CORMU entre 1970 y 1973, plantea dudas respecto a la manera en que el Gobierno ha enfrentado la reconstrucción luego del terremoto de 8.8° que afecto el sur de Chile./ The author of this letter discusses his point of view on the reconstruction of the cities.
